Free Online Tools for Small Business Owners

Online marketing tools

Small Business Owners are constantly hearing about the importance of using professionals when it comes to their Marketing Plan. However, for most owners it is key to find ways to cut cost in the beginning by doing things themselves, or at least finding ways for the employees to do things for them.

The internet offers an endless number of resources for things like this but today I wanted to offer up my 3 favorite that I like to use or suggest for clients:

1.) Google Analytics for Website Analysis

This is often one of the most overlooked marketing tools that is available, yet it is necessary for any new or established small business. This free tool can easily be installed to your website and then offers you endless data like lead tracking and real-time analysis.

Better yet, you do not have to be a tech genius to understand the importance of (some) of the information that is being provided here… are you not seeing enough web traffic? It’s probably time to look for ways to market your website better to boost engagement! ( )

2.) Hootsuite for Social Media ManagementHootsuite online marketing tool

Hootsuite is a tool made specifically for posting updates to social networks and reviewing what others are saying. This simple site enables complete personal social media management from one easy to use dashboard. It enables you to quickly post to all the main social networks including Google+ company pages and review conversations and messages. ( )

3.) Canva for beautiful and simple content creation

Not everyone can be a Photoshop Master, or even have the tools accessible on their computer to do so. Canva allows you to create beautiful marketing graphics in just minutes, such as social media images or complete presentations! They even have some free templates you can use, or pull in your own stock images for your project! ( )
